All Hail the Giants Panik

The San Francisco Giants managed to eke out the win in Game 7 last week and capture their third World Series title in five years.  

However, none of it was easy, as this series was rough-and-tumble from start to finish. (!)

And, this series will be remembered for the incredible pitching performance by MVP Madison Bumgarner.   

However, just as memorable will be the miraculous diving catch by Giants second baseman, #12 Joe Panik, that set up a double play and nixed a rally by the Royals in Game 7.   

That particular play changed the whole complexion of the game and shifted the momentum for good.
