It's important to keep up with all the new faces on the sports scene, of course, but it's just as important to keep up with some of the more familiar ones too.
A prime example of the latter would be pole vaulter, Steve Lewis, who is continuing to achieve new heights. He won the bronze at the 2006 Commonwealth Games, followed by the silver at the 2010 games, and then the gold at the 2014 games.
