Mixed Synchronized Swimming with Giorgio Minisini

Last year, men were involved in synchronized swimming on the international level for the first time.  No men's only teams, just a "mixed doubles in a way," one man, one woman.

Giorgio Minisini is one of these new breed of swimmers.  Looks like he has not lost his drive.

Giorgio Misini (born 9 March 1996) won two bronze medals in the inaugural mixed duet competition at the 2015 International Championships

9 March 1996 (age 20)
Rome, Italy

73 kg (161 lb; 11.5 st)

I have to admit, he pulls it off very well.  For better or worse, the Russian male competitor looks very androgynous, using the gel and everything the women competitors have used for decades, a great drawback.  What would Putin say?

Minisini competes as a guy in a women's sport.  Bravo!
