London: Roger Federer vs Marin Cilic in the Wimbledon 2017 men's final. Roger Federer has his sights set on making more history at Wimbledon. The 35 year-old is through to an 11th final - four more than any other man . If he defeats Croatian Marin Cilic in the final, he will be the first man ever to win eight titles, while he would also be the oldest champion in the Open era. Federer turns 36 next month and is the oldest Wimbledon finalist in the men's singles since Ken Rosewall in 1974. Good on him. Cilic powered past Andy Murray's conqueror Sam Querrey to reach Sunday's final. His last major open win was the US Open in 2014. Last year he almost beat Federer in the Quarter Finals. Federer has done so much for tennis, it will be good to see a good competition Sunday.
