Sizzling Model Roy van Leeuwen

Sizzling Model Roy Van Leeuwen  was born in Gronigen, the Netherlands on July 7th.  He is Dutch and grew up in Holland.  

He was on vacation in Spain and was scouted there, and currently makes his home in Barcelona.    

He loves playing his guitar and surfing, which he doesn't get to do very often.  He loves spending time with friends and family, and goes daily to the gym.  Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream is a favourite.  

He counts a visit to New York as his favourite time of his life, and would love to visit Hawaii.  He counts Paris as the most fashionable city, and has also visited Milan frequently.  

Dutch Dancer/ Choreographer Timor Steffens

Timor Steffens is a USA based Artistic Director/ Choreographer/Dancer. He was born in Roermond, the Netherlands in 1987, of a multicultural background, and has Moroccan, Native American, and German in his background.  He grew up in Rotterdam, and pursued without success various possible studies.    With a passion for dance from his youth, he started battling in various clubs and he became a well-known freestyle dancer.

Beginning in 2005, he studied at the Rotterdam Dance Academy (now called  "Codarts") and with that foundation, he signed up for the TV talent show 'So You Think You Can Dance' in 2008. After gaining fame in Holland, he traveled to Los Angeles to shoot a music video and decided to stay.  He was soon slated to work on the Michael Jackson Tour, and when that ended, pursued other action.   His resume includes names such as Janet Jackson, Madonna, Chris Brown, Whitney Houston, Beyonce, Usher and many more.  He was in an exclusive romantic relationship with Madonna, but that has since ended. 

In addition to many other projects, he is currently a judge on both the British and the Italian versions of the competition series "Dance, Dance, Dance" The Italian version, this season featured as a competitor another frequent subject here, diver Giovanni Tocci.

Netherlands: Model Davey Koch

Fitness model Davey Koch was born in The Netherlands in the town of Blaricum (T'Gooi) on 11 September 1995.

When he was five years old, he began to Kart Race, which he did until he was 16.  At age 16 he took on manly things and went to the gym. 

At the age of 16 he started to work out, and began his career soon after of fitness, bodybuilding, and modeling.  He has done a lot in the last three years!

It's nice to see new faces on the podium in the world of sports, but it's also great to see our tried-and-true favorites, e.g. the great Epke Zonderland.  

This guy absolutely owns the horizontal bar competition, racking up the top performance in the world for three years running now. (!)  How long will his dynasty continue?
