England: Dan Tai
Englishman Dan Tai was born in Leeds, England, in 1995 (birthdate December 29th) into a sporting family. Growing up, Dan had a keen interest in sports. He began playing rugby union at the age of three, along with taking part in 100-m sprints.
Throughout the years,
Dan’s passion for sports grew, and so did his ‘thirst’ for success. Just
after finishing Grammar school, he
taught and coached in Catholic Primary school.
He found this to be a rewarding
experience, and this led him to continue in sports. He became a professional rugby player in 2014.
He played first for Yorkshire Carnegie before signing for
Rotherham. He took part in the Irish and British Cup. Dan played
Rugby League and Rugby Sevens, where he was a part of Leeds Rhinos team.
He is currently a
Leeds-based social media influencer, personal trainer and fitness model. Due to his passion for sports and health, it
was only a matter of time before Dan became interested in fitness. In 2016, he
set out on a journey to become a personal trainer. After receiving his
certification, Dan began helping others with their fitness goals.

He also worked hard on
his own physique by training in the gym. This has seen him grow in not only his
muscles and strength, but also fame and recognition. As a result, Dan has since
become one of the top fitness specialists from Leeds. He now does cross fit as a means for keeping
fit, but no longer engages in body building for physique's sake.
Oddly, his brother Sam
suffered a complete, global, memory loss
in a rugby accident in 2016. Each
day he woke with no memory of his life, like in the movie 50 First Dates. With the support of his brother Dan, he
slowly recovered his memories, having a complete return whilst traveling in Sri
Lanka with Dan, on a trip to visit their father, who lives there.
He currently stands at
5'8" (173 cm) and averages 13 stone (about 180 lbs, 82 kilos). He currently works for Brains and Brawn
Fitness, with a variety of clients. He
also works free lance as a property investor and fitness model, traveling the
world extensively.
